Bhredipta Socarana is a legal practitioner and policy expert specializing in digital governance, technology regulation, data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property. He has advised government, consultancy, and legal sectors on digital policy, platform regulation, technology compliance, and regulatory affairs in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Bhredipta is a licensed Indonesian advocate with an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an LL.B. from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He previously worked at Access Partnership and now addresses legal issues in business across regions at the US-ASEAN Business Council.
