The Center for Digital Society (CfDS) was involved in 2022’s G20 Presidency in Bali, Indonesia. Along with META Indonesia, we conducted various research projects and discussion events with multi-stakeholders. The activities consisted of four discussions with a hybrid scheme, inviting and involving multiple parties, including the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia and numerous private parties such as K&K Advocate, Gojek, Telkomsel, DANA, Tokopedia, Hacktiv8, and APJII. The activities were carried out in order to provide a space to discuss the existing issues related to digital literacy in Indonesia; along with the potential development of Small, Medium, and Enterprises (SMEs); as well as the emerging digital technology trends. The topics also include the virtual world that META is developing and its future opportunities.
